Also Featuring..

The Kings Head, Shadoxhurst will be opening early (9am – 11.30am) so that you can enjoy bacon butties & hot drinks along the trail route.

Green Farm Community Garden will be open for you to explore their beautiful, calming community garden with it’s polytunels, greenhouses, vegetable and flowerbeds and Shelly, the garden manager will be there for you to ask your gardening questions.

The Pearce Coggan Foundation will be hosting  the Art Show Open Day at Green Farm and will be open from 10am – 5pm.

Redhouse Farm Flowers will be opening their beautiful flower garden where business owner Chesney grows beautiful local, seasonal british blooms using the ‘no-dig method’, that she cuts and creates stunning bouquets for sale.

And from Noon..

Sunday Lunch at the Kings Head, Shadoxhurst (booking recommended), followed by a trip to the Art Show Open Day at Green Farm and then join us for our ‘Performance Showcase’ at our two historic churches with bar & refreshments on ‘The Green’ (Church Lane) which begins at 1pm..

Additional Information..

We are busy preparing a map which will include all stops along the route including car parking areas, where you can use the facilities and where you can buy refreshments.

Please do take care on the roads as there will be many pedestrians in Shadoxhurst throughout the festival weekend. Thank you for using our designated car parking spaces, parking safely and avoiding driveways. Thank you also for keeping our village tidy by depositing your litter in the bins provided or taking it home.

This event is co-ordinated by Shadoxhurst Community Forum Volunteers and is part of the Shadoxhurst Midsummer Festival supported by local businesses, charities, Shadoxhurst Parish Council & Ward Councillors.
